Posters will be available for public viewing throughout the conference, and graduate students are expected to be present from 5:15 pm to 7:15 pm on Wednesday, May 15th, during which time judges will visit the posters. Winners will be announced on Thursday, May 16th, and awards will be presented to winners as follows:

  • First place - $500

The winners will be invited to give a 15-minute (12 minute presentation + 3 minutes for questions) oral presentation. The selected student will be informed by April 5th, 2019 and will have their registration and travel expenses to the conference paid by the conference.
